This project focuses on creating a test bench for cutting-edge 3D quantum chips, aiming to showcase a substantial increase in computing performance as part of the advancement toward a scalable, utility-level quantum computer. The 3D quantum chips will be produced in partnership with C2MI, building upon the progression achieved with earlier 2D (“flip chip”) designs. The test bench will capitalize on Anyon’s eight years of specialized experience, while Imagine 4D will provide expertise in mechanical design, manufacturing, precision machining of custom components, and the assembly of intricate systems.
