Gender equality benefits research and innovation (R&I) by improving its quality and relevance, attracting and retaining more talent, and ensuring that everyone can reach their full potential.

A Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is a set of commitments and actions aimed at promoting gender equality within an organization through institutional and cultural change. It applies to all people in the organization, regardless of their gender identity or expression (women, men, non-binary or non-gendered people), as well as all sexual orientations (LGBTQIA+ people).

The goal is to promote an inclusive, respectful, and equitable environment for all PRIMA staff and management.
