The Carrefour qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois de la fabrication additive (CQFA) will benefit from the financial support of a new collaborator.<\/p>\n

We are proud to announce the contribution of $66,000 over three years from the METALTec R&D Industry Group<\/a>, led by the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). Their support will help mobilize researchers, industrialists, entrepreneurs, funding agencies and other players in the additive manufacturing ecosystem to promote the adoption of the technology, as well as training and skills development.<\/p>\n

The CQFA project was launched in 2021 to follow up on some of the key recommendations of the Livre blanc sur la fabrication additive au Qu\u00e9bec<\/a>. The CQFA will allow the development, implementation and animation of a service hub focused on the needs of Quebec manufacturers. In addition, it will raise awareness of this disruptive technology.<\/p>\n
