It applies to all people in the organization, regardless of their gender identity or expression (women, men, non-binary or non-gendered people), as well as all sexual orientations (LGBTQIA+ people).<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to promote an inclusive, respectful, and equitable environment for all PRIMA staff and management.<\/p>\n<p>See <a
